Video appeal from relatives of soldiers of the Chernihiv 13th and 41st battalions to the President of Ukraine

For almost 4 months, the soldiers of the Chernihiv 13th and 41st Territorial Defense Battalions have been directly participating in the ATO – without vacations and in difficult conditions. On August 21, 2014, the Head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration Volodymyr Ivashko appealed to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine with a request to rotate and redeploy the Chernihiv 13th and 41st Territorial Defense Battalions to the Chernihiv region.

With the assistance of the Chernihiv Public Committee for the Protection of Human Rights and the International Renaissance Foundation, relatives and friends of Chernihiv servicemen made a video appeal to the President of Ukraine with a request to return home the fighters of both battalions.
