POLICE WITH THE PEOPLE!

A pleasant moment of this communication

was that not all visitors came to complain about the police. There were also those who expressed sincere gratitude to the conscientious law enforcement officers. Thus, the heads of the Pryluk Self-Organization Committees No. 4 Svitlana Zadorozhnya and No. 2 Vira Kotok came to thank the general for their excellent subordinates. They told how well they have established cooperation with the precinct officers of these microdistricts (Mint Research Station and Zaudayivs’kyi). But in the context of what was said, they noted that they did not just come to the reception with words of gratitude, but are turning to the general with a request to encourage law enforcement officers and at the same time contribute to an even greater increase in the efficiency of their work. Due to the fact that the territory of the precincts served by these precinct officers is quite significant, they would like to find an opportunity to allocate them a car to increase mobility and thus improve their work.

For the members of the recently established Public Council, this was also the first away meeting. And, as the head of the Chernihiv Bar Association, Serhiy Vodolagin, noted in an interview, he is quite satisfied with the results of communication with local government and self-organization bodies in Pryluky and hopes for further fruitful cooperation. The lawyer also noted that, judging by the information received during the trip, the Pryluky police are working within the legal framework, so the Public Council currently has no grounds to make claims against the employees of the city district department.
