Strategy that Changes the Game: Becoming Even Stronger to Help Communities and Survivors

Employees and activists of the NGO “Chernihiv Public Committee for Human Rights Protection” participated in a series of strategic sessions, during which they developed:

* communication and fundraising strategy of the organization,
* risk management strategy in the organization.

This will strengthen institutional capacity and resilience to effectively respond to current organizational and security challenges in conditions of crisis and war. It will also allow for supporting public initiatives, restoring communities, and helping survivors.

Strategic steps help the organization not only effectively respond to daily challenges but also have a clear vision of development in the long term. Team participation in strategic development combines practical experience and professional expertise, creating a shared action plan for:

* resource mobilization,
* building partnerships,
* increasing trust in the organization’s activities.

We always maintain focus on the main thing – protecting human rights and supporting those who need help the most.
