The organization owns a 3-room office in the center of Chernihiv. There are 9 permanent staff members (including 6 women) who systematically manage projects as coordinators, specialists, and lawyers, and handle financial reporting.
Other specialists—psychologists, facilitators, mediators, experts, and trainers—are engaged on a periodic basis depending on project needs.
A separate key area is the internship, practical training, and mentorship program at CHRC for university students in the Chernihiv region. After completing their training, interested students continue to cooperate and join CHRC’s activities on a permanent basis as volunteers and activists.
CHRC’s activities adhere to the principles of gender sensitivity, addressing the legal and social needs of both women and men, promoting women’s rights, and fostering gender equality, including for survivors of armed conflict, violence, and human trafficking.
