ACCESS TO JUSTICE


In general, residents of Chernihiv region, especially villagers, complain about legal ignorance and lack of qualified legal assistance. Therefore, providing legal assistance to victims of human rights violations is the main task of the project “Ensuring access to justice for victims of human rights violations in Chernihiv region”, which is currently being implemented by the Chernihiv Public Committee for the Protection of Human Rights. Its goal is to promote access to justice, primarily for socially vulnerable residents of the region, as well as prevent and eliminate human rights violations in the territory of Chernihiv region by providing human rights assistance to residents of the region.


Citizens who believe their rights have been violated or who have difficulties in exercising their rights can apply for free legal assistance to the public reception at the address: Chernihiv, 14000, Gorkogo St. 57/1, tel.: (0462) 625-381.
