from the mouth of the rich man. But what has happened in the last few days cannot be explained reasonably. Verbal promises of reprisals have grown into active criminal actions. So, a few days ago, Oleksandr Mykolayovych appeared in the yard of a frightened family together with his own “bodyguard” and staggered into the open window of the elderly grandmother’s room, tore down the curtains and promised to deal with all the family members in the coming days. But Mr. Gubarev did not wait for the coming days and was standing in the yard of the desired house the next evening. What happened next does not correspond to common sense at all. Gubarev grabbed

and inflicted several heavy blows to the head of the owner of the apartment, Glotko Volodymyr Mykolayovych, after which the victim was taken to the hospital, where the fact of the beating was filmed and recorded. A police squad was immediately called to the scene. After drawing up a report

our valiant law enforcement officers left the thief at the scene of the crime and returned to the police station(!!!). But Gubarev did not calm down here either, he broke into the victim’s house and, holding the same mount, turned the house upside down, demanding some documents from the frightened, shocked landlady.

I would like to remind you that in the last article I mentioned the fact that in the recent past Mr. Gubarev, by the way

who ran for mayor of Chernihiv in 1998, had already had problems with the law. But, of course, he did not admit his guilt. Now it is becoming obvious that there is no smoke without fire.

This

person is not only unprincipled, unappealable and cruel, but also objectively poses a threat to society

and the residents of our city. The most terrible thing in this case is that this person does not feel guilty, openly declaring that he will buy off everyone who gets in his way. When I last spoke with a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who

participated in the eviction, I asked if he was pleased to cover up such arbitrariness? To which the policeman only sighed and replied that if he disobeyed, he would be thrown out of the “authorities” that same evening. And what about the statements about the incorruptibility and independence of our valiant guardians of law and order? And who can we hope for if those who are called upon to protect us are actually harming us? Are you really capable of covering up open crime for money, my dear? After all, tomorrow this person can harm your relatives and friends with impunity.

If we refer to the current

law, I counted at least 3 violations of criminal law in the actions of Gubarev O.M. In our last conversation, Oleksandr Nikolaevich offered to teach us, fools, how to earn the first million. If this teaching meant “walking on heads”, then it is probably better to walk on foot, while remaining human. And in general, how pitiful – such a respected gentleman, and with editing to run after citizens …..
