Chernihiv Oblast Court of Appeal. Discussion of the project to create a positive image of the court

On October 14, 2014, a focus group was held in the premises of the Chernihiv Regional Court of Appeal, attended by 10 court employees (a judge of the criminal court chamber, a judge of the civil court chamber, a chief of staff, assistant judges, and a head of the personnel and civil service department).

The purpose of the event was to inform the court staff about the project to create a positive image of the court by identifying and eliminating typical problems in the activities of courts by conducting surveys of visitors to courts using the methodology of citizen reporting cards. Issues related to the feasibility of the project as a whole were also discussed, and the opinions of court employees were heard regarding the real possibility of its implementation and the relevance of questionnaires for visitors.
