Special attention was paid to the risk factors for burnout in various professional areas and the importance of timely response to the first signs of this process.
The participants shared their approaches to maintaining emotional health, discussed methods that can help reduce the emotional burden when working with vulnerable groups, which allowed developing practical recommendations for each participant of the training.
Various tools that help professionals maintain emotional stability were also considered, namely consultations with psychologists, support groups, temporary leaves, career development and other resources that help reduce professional workload.
During the training, the participants also learned more about the mechanisms of interagency work aimed at effective, efficient, and urgent protection of victims of war and victims of various forms of violence. They had the opportunity to develop algorithms for joint actions to prevent and counteract various forms of violence related to war.
