During November 18-19, 2015, in Chernihiv, representatives of volunteer teams from Chernihiv region and Kyiv city, employees of the target courts of Chernihiv region and Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal were trained in practical aspects of surveying users of court services using the methodology of citizen reporting cards.

During two days, participants got acquainted with the best practices of interaction between courts and the public in Ukraine using the example of a mechanism for monitoring the quality of judicial services to citizens using the methodology of citizen reporting cards, the main dimensions for assessing the quality of court work, discussed practical aspects of conducting a study using the CGZ methodology, and improved their skills in planning work and conducting a survey of court visitors.

It should be noted that the start of the study of the quality of court work by conducting a survey among visitors using the CGZ methodology is scheduled for late November – early December 2015.
