On the introduction of a pilot project in the field of state registration of public organizations

In order to ensure accessibility and improve the quality of administrative services in the field of state registration of public organizations, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine issued an order dated June 17, 2016 No. 1717/5 “On the introduction of a pilot project in the field of state registration of public organizations”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2016 under No. 876/29006.

According to which a pilot project is being implemented to ensure the acceptance and issuance of documents during the state registration of public formations in accordance with the Procedure for State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations that Do Not Have the Status of a Legal Entity, approved by Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated February 9, 2016 No. 359/5, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 9, 2016 under No. 200/28330, by local centers for the provision of free secondary legal aid as front offices.

According to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, from the end of July this year, it will be possible to submit documents for state registration of public formations not only to the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Chernihiv region, but also to one of the three local centers for the provision of free secondary legal aid in Chernihiv region.

The functions of state registration of public formations continue to be performed by the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Chernihiv region: Chernihiv city, Myru avenue, 43.

Following the implementation of the pilot project in the field of state registration of public formations in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, it will be introduced on a permanent basis.
