The Center for Legal Protection of Entrepreneurs operates in Chernihiv

The Center operates on the basis of the Chernihiv Public Committee for the Protection of Human Rights with the support of the Rule of Law program of the International Renaissance Foundation.

According to the head of the Center, Viktor Tarasov: “Relations with regulatory and law enforcement agencies, lack of regulation of tax legislation, problems with the implementation of one’s own property and economic rights, peculiarities of registration and termination of business entities at the present stage are among the most relevant issues with which entrepreneurs seek legal assistance. This is especially true at the level of small communities and rural areas.”

Therefore, the main goal of the Center for Legal Protection of Entrepreneurs is to provide free legal assistance, raise legal awareness and activate small business representatives to protect their rights, as well as analyze the effectiveness of existing legal mechanisms for protecting entrepreneurial rights at the level of the Chernihiv region.
