What a conscript needs to know when mobilized

The brochure-memoir under this title was prepared for the citizens of Ukraine by employees of the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights. The memoir highlights certain issues regarding military service during a special period, mobilization, terms and procedure for its conduct, service, discharge and demobilization, and financial support for military personnel.

The brochure presents the procedure for granting benefits and guarantees of social protection to citizens who are in military service by conscription during mobilization, clarifies some issues regarding the recognition of military personnel as war veterans, and also publishes a list of institutions and organizations where you can turn for help.
